We hosted Seth's friends and dates for pre-prom dinner again. Since this was our last hurrah we went all out and served honey-glazed salmon and tri-tip with green salad, asparagus, wild rice, fresh fruit, and just out-of-the-oven sourdough bread. This was a decided improvement over pasta and stir-fry.
