This year we planned a family vacation to Jasper, Banff, and Glacier National Parks. We had all planned to be together, including Nicolas' fiance, Josie. However, Caleb was notified a few weeks before our vacation that the University of Colorado Medical School had a spot for him. So he and Mikaela moved again to Aurora, CO the end of July for him to begin orientation on July 21. We left on vacation the same day as his white coat ceremony but live-streamed the ceremony on my phone on our way north to Sandpoint, ID. This was our first vacation stop and where we met up with Nicolas and Josie coming from Iowa.

| The only night we ate out on vacation was pizza at Powder Hound Pizza in Sandpoint. It was so good to meet up with Nicolas and Josie. |
