Church Camp

In June Cloverdale hosted its first church family camp at Faith Heights in Donnelly, Idaho.  We heard devotions from Pastor Russ each morning and two messages on developing community by Pastor Josh Bales from The Well church.  The rest of the time we were busy with many activities: corn hole tournament, speed volleyball, ultimate frisbee, paddleboarding, swimming, playing games, and even a talent show.  We had between 60-70 people that attended.  The weather was a bit chilly--only in the 50s and 60s, but we all had such a great time, we booked the camp for the same week next year!

We even enjoyed fellowship as we prepared meals together!

Anna Netherlands Organ Tour

If you noticed that Anna was absent from the trip to Iowa and the wedding pictures, it was because she was on an organ tour in the Netherlands with other organ students from Dordt University. She did drive to Iowa with us, but the day after we arrived she flew out of Sioux Falls to Amsterdam.  Anna shared the pictures with me, but I don't know much other than that she had a great experience playing on these beautiful historic organs.
